Arbitration and Mediation Services

Julie offers more than fifteen years of experience as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, and she also has served as a hearing examiner for the Baltimore City Civil Service Commission. Helping parties to bring a contested case to a successful conclusion requires a combination of talent, hard work, and experience. She regularly handles private arbitration and mediation cases.
