Md. Judge Says No Defamation in College Rape Case

Steve Fedder was quoted in a The Daily Record cover article on November 29, 2017 regarding his successful defense of a college student who reported that she was a victim of date rape and then was sued for defamation by her assailant. The unsuccessful plaintiff claimed that he was not provided with due process by the college as required by Title IX.
